This is another classic cocktail. I make a petit 2 ounce version because I think it makes a terrific digestif. The classic version is typically 3 ounces. The modern version is even bigger and usually served over crushed ice.

I ADORE crepes… thank you so much for the recipe!
WOAH SNAP, those looks scrumptious!
This is one of my all-time favorite desserts, although I usually need to eat it for dinner or breakfast. It’s so retro and so divine.
One of my absolute favorite desserts! (it’s over the top when you added a scoop of homemade vanilla bean ice cream!)
Beautiful photos!
These are fantastic, Greg and I thoroughly enjoyed the history, fabricated or not.
I am a bit disappointed that there’s no video of the flambe part. Are your eyebrows still intact? You seemed a bit too emphatic about the safety part (kidding, kidding!!)
This IHOP week is really making me crave some cheese blintz with strawberry topping.
Now this is a dessert I want right now. It a bit funny how I’ve heard of the crepes suzette, but I’ve never actually seen one until fairly recently.
.…very interesting! I never knew the history of the crepe suzette, I just knew I liked them! I need to make this recipe, but first have to figure out the gluten-free equivalent!
And thanks for stopping by and leaving such a nice compliment! I am learning food photography and my husband has been a bug help. He’s an amateur photographer, and has a studio. So now he is trying to convince me to start using the studio equipment for my photos.
And, as far as I’m concerned, there is no such thing as too many pancakes! I’m a wuss when it comes to frying (all that sputtering hot oil), so flambéing scares me a bit; I may have to work my way up to that presentation. However, vanilla ice cream is definitely obligatory.
yes please…this is my favorite, love my crepes suzette. is there more? i’m ready to go… lol
I adore crepe suzette, and this looks like a spectacular recipe!
Never mind the story: ıt looks great!
