Quite a combination. Green, spicy, subtle sweet, ginger, veggie, smokey salt, tequila.
A juicer is needed to make the kale ginger juice
- 2 ounce blanco tequila
- ½ ounce ginger-kale juice
- ½ ounce agave nectar
- ½ lime, juice only
- ¼ ounce royal combier
- 1 very large ice cube
- 1 piece candied ginger, optional
- 1 slice lime, optional
- 1 teaspoon smoked salt
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Add a small slash of soda. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain over 1 large cube into a chilled double old fashioned glass that has been ½ rimmed with smoked salt. Garnish with candied ginger or lime slice.
