Old forester bourbon, fernet branca, demerara, Curio Classico bitters, smoke, Vya dry vermouth, lemon. Smokey, subtlety sweet, a little bitter.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounce old forester bourbon
- ¼ ounce fernet branca
- ¼ ounce curio classico ‘bitters’
- ½ ounce antica sweet vermouth
- ¼ ounce aya dry vermouth
- ¼ ounce demerara
- 7 drop liquid ‘smoke’
- 1 lemon peel ‘chip’
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain over 2 medium cubes into an chilled old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon chip.
