- 2 ounce rye whiskey
- ½ ounce Punt e Mes or other sweet vermouth
- ¼ ounce maraschino liqueur
Combine the rye, Punt e Mes and maraschino in a mixing glass half-filled with ice. Gently stir until chilled and properly diluted, about 20 seconds. Julep strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
