Created in the 1980s by the British bartender Dick Bradsell this cocktail is considered a modern classic.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce gin
- 1 ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce creme de mur
- lemon wedge
- 2 blackberries
Directions
Fill a shaker with ice and pour in all the ingredients except the creme de mur. Shake well and strain into a highball glass nearly filled with crushed ice. pour the liqueur on top so that it flows through the ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and 2 blackberries.
