Pegu Club Cocktail is named after a bar in British colonial Burma. It’s a sweet and sour gin drink that is finally making a comeback.
- 2 ounce London dry gin
- ½ ounce orange Curaçao (you can substitute Cointreau)
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 dash Angosturo bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker 2/3 filled with medium ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
