This is strong stuff! To make this horseradish cream thicker or milder simply add an extra dollop of crème fraîche.
- 3/4 cup peeled and grated fresh horseradish root
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup crème fraîche
Stir horseradish, sugar, and vinegar together in a medium bowl. Set aside about 10 minutes then stir in crème fraîche and cover until ready to stir.
