The Hello Nancy Cocktail is the signature drink of Birba in Palm Springs. It’s a bit like a classic Greyhound cocktail with whiff of desert rose in the form of St. Germain.
- 3 lemon wedges divided
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
- ice cubes as needed
- 2 ounce vodka
- ½ ounce St. Germain
- 2 ounce grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
- club soda as needed
Place 2 lemon wedges into a heavy-bottomed Collins glass. Add a pinch of sugar and muddle until the juice is extracted. Fill the glass 3/4 full with medium ice cubes. Build the cocktail by adding vodka, St. Germain, and grapefruit juice. Top with club soda and gently stir. Garnish with remaining lemon wedge.
