As bright green as spring this non-alcoholic mocktail is as bright and fresh as a garden party.
- ½ lemon juiced
- ½ kiwi
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 lemon verbena leaves divided
- 1 dash bitter ( try black walnut, celery, or rhubarb
- 1 splash soda water
Middle 1 lemon verbena leaf, sugar and a dash of bitter in a shaker.
Scoop out and add the kiwi fleash. Gently muddle until combined, then add ice and lemon juice.
Top with a splash of soda water and lightly shake until cold and frothy.
Double strain into a chilled coup glass.
