When the sun is shining, the birds are singing and you are looking for a divine flavor experience, then this Ginger-Kumquat Collins could be the perfect seasonal sipper.
- 3 ounce London dry gin
- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce kumquat-ginger syrup (see recipe)
- club soda (as needed)
- candied kumquats (optional)
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a 12-oz Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda to taste. Garnish with candied kumquats (if using)
