This is my version of the classically sophisticated Manhattan. I use Calvados as an innovative partner to the traditional Bourbon.
SippitySup's Big Apple Manhattan Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 2.5 oz rye, bourbon, or blended canadian whiskey
- 1 oz calvados
- 2 ds bitters
Directions
Stir the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of crisp apple.
